How StatementIQ uses your Consumer Data Right (CDR) data. Last updated 4 July 2026.
StatementIQ is a service of Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 72 629 494 926), operating as a CDR Representative of Fiskil Pty Ltd, an Accredited Data Recipient (accreditation number ADRBNK000246). Fiskil is accountable for our handling of CDR data.
With your consent, and only for the accounts you choose to share: account details, balances, and transaction data for the agreed period (by default, up to 6 months). We collect it directly from your bank through the CDR — we never receive or store your banking login or password.
We use this data solely to prepare an income and expense summary for the firm you nominated (for example, your debt-management provider, lender or broker), for the purpose you consented to. We categorise your transactions to produce that summary. We do not use your data for any other purpose, do not sell it, and do not use your identified data for benchmarking or marketing.
The derived summary is disclosed to the firm you nominated when you gave consent. Your data is processed and stored in Australia (Sydney).
We keep CDR data and the derived report only as long as needed to provide the service, and delete derived data automatically after our retention period (90 days by default) or immediately when you withdraw consent.
